So this weekend I decided to stop trying, and failing, to wake up at 7:30 every weekday like I do in the US. Living immersed or even semi-immersed in another language is just too exhausting right now. So this week I’ve been waking up only when I need to, and I feel so much more rested, turns out that waking up to turn an alarm off and then going back to sleep not only makes me paranoid that I’ve overslept, and gives me weird ass dreams, it also meant I wasn’t getting as mush rest as I needed or it was ruining the rest I was getting. I already feel much more refreshed when I wKe up and like I can get out of bed when the alarm goes off. Other than that I did my stretches and didn’t do much else.
